Our research group focuses on the synthesis and structural analysis of novel two-dimensional materials with unique crystal symmetries, as well as the study of new physical properties associated with these symmetries. The synthesis of materials with unknown crystal structures is guided by considerations of thermodynamic energy, while the investigation of new properties involves an in-depth exploration of the kinetics, particularly the movement of ions and electrons/holes in dynamic states. Building on this foundation, we explore new application areas, including electronic and energy materials, utilizing these novel materials.
