Research Fields mainly focused on utilizing high-performance computing (HPC) to solve scientific problems in science and engineering: take advantages of advanced development of modern computers. In Electromagnetic (EM) and Plasma systems: Microwave/Plasma Physics, Photonic Crystals, Compact Millimeter-wave/THz sources, and Finite Element Method (FEM) and finite-difference time domain (FDTD) particle-incell (PIC) simulations. In Quantum Mechanics (QM) aspect: Nano-materials, surface emission physics, quantum transport in low-dimensional systems, and ab initio or first-principles (Density Functional Theory, DFT) calculations of material science. In EM coupled with QM aspect (Multipysics): Nano-optics, surface plasmons, and plasma material surface interaction. In HPC aspect: Switchless HPC cluster, GPU, Genome SNP Analysis, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and open source or commercial codes for numerical simulations and 3-D modeling and time evolution.
