운영관리 연구실 은 기업의 구매조달, 판매, 재무, 마케팅, 공급망, 물류 등의 기능들이 효율적으로 운영될 수 있는 생산계획과 재고관리 최적화 방안을 수리적 모형 과 데이터기반 AI 기법 들을 활용하여 연구하고 있습니다. Our research aims to optimize the operations of key business functions—including procurement, sales, finance, marketing, supply chain, and logistics—using analytical models and data-driven AI techniques in production scheduling and inventory management.
