Development of a nanocomposite-based electrochemical platform capable of real-time mitochondrial activity analysis during direct reprogramming into cardiomyocytes. Expected to contribute to elucidating metabolic regulatory mechanisms during cell reprogramming and developing cardiac regenerative therapies.
