The SNU Medical Imaging & Intelligence Lab (SMID) is dedicated to advancing the field of medical imaging through innovative research and development. Our primary goal is to leverage cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to enhance the acquisition, processing, analysis, and interpretation of medical images. We strive to develop robust and clinically relevant solutions that improve diagnostic accuracy, facilitate early disease detection, and ultimately contribute to better patient outcomes. Our research encompasses a wide range of applications, including but not limited to, image reconstruction, segmentation, registration, computer-aided diagnosis (CAD), and prognostication across various medical specialties.
