연구실 소개

Architectural History Lab is continuing its effort to find out the universal relationship between human and architecture by wide research on architectural culture in the East Asia region including China and Japan which have close relationship with Korea. The works which are recently finished or keep going on are as follows?excavation of architecture drawing archive at Kyujanggak and National Archives of Korea, establishment of archive about Han-ok all over the country, field survey in Beijing and Hanoi, modernization project of Han-ok, etc. These works will enhance the foundation of research and expand the scope of Korean history of architecture. The lab also continues to carry out numerous architecture-related projects outside the university.
