From an engineering perspective, the Product and Service Engineering (PSE) Lab researches methods to systematically analyze products and services and design optimal systems. This lab focuses on systematically analyzing products and their accompanying services, including associated business processes. Additionally, it aims to design optimal systems, streamline end-to-end processes, and enhance corporate competitiveness by analyzing products and business processes utilized by industrial engineering companies.
