연구실 소개
Integrated Circuits and Systems Lab is a research group within the Department of Semiconductor Engineering at POSTECH, Korea. Our work focuses on the design of CMOS full-custom circuits, with a particular emphasis on high-bandwidth, low-power interface solutions. These circuits support data communication across various levels—from die-to-die interconnects to system-to-system links. In addition, we are actively exploring the design of advanced analog and mixed-signal circuits for next-generation applications.
